Email won’t load

When I open my comcast mail message download but the body of the message is not there. It just buffers endlessly.  In order to make it work, I have to exit the mail app, wait a couple of minutes and reopen mail and the body of the messages are there. This happens on my iPad, my iPhone and my Mac. I’ve called technical support and they said the problem is on their end and that they had fixed it but the problem persist. Come on, help me please.

I completely understand the frustrations, @user_aqlbwr, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Have you attempted to delete the emails from the mail client and add them back? Are you able to access the emails without any issues outside of the mail app?

I have done just that, and I have deleted the entire mail app and reinstalled and recovered and the problem persists. The problem is on your end not mine.

You're not alone. I returned from my husband's hospital stay in Denver. checked my email when I made time to look for receipts from my hotel stay but never received them. After being gone a week i should of been bombarded with junk mail which is what I normally get lol. The account is under my husband's name so I don't know if that makes a difference. I really haven't had time to contact Xfinity.

We appreciate you completing these steps already, user_aqlbwr. Please sign into https://www.xfinity.com/email and after you've logged in, go into settings, then check if the box that allows all third party apps to access XFINITY email is still check marked.
