Email wont sync

All of a sudden my xfinity email has stopped syncing on my phone. This has been happening for 3 days now. I have removed and readded my email and that was no help. How do I get this fixed and why is it happening???

Please also be aware that we are sunsetting the Xfinity Email program, and partnering with Yahoo Mail to transition current  emails to Yahoo. This process began in June 2025. If you've received this email to link over your Xfinity Email to Yahoo, you will need to complete this process within 30 days, you may lose access to the email inbox until this is completed.

@user_cg7fqa If you were to log into your email account using our weblink at https://www.xfinity.com/email are you able to see your new messages?

Are you experiencing this same issue on multiple devices? 

Have you had the opportunity to delete your current settings for your email program and reset everything up?

I have a link with those steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email click on Samsung and follow those steps. Do not use any prefilled/saved information. Please type everything out to ensure its set correctly. Could you give the above options a try for us?

I'm having the same problem with my Samsung email app not synching with my Xfinity email. Deleting and trying to reset my Xfinity IMAP information simply results in a message that the Xfinity server doesn't respond.

I've discovered that I can send emails from my Samsung email app, but it still won't synch.

I can see new messages on my Xfinity webmail, I haven't received any email from Xfinity regarding the transition to Yahoo or accepting the Yahoo T&Cs.
