Good afternoon user_66w1nv. Are you logged into the Xfinity website? Or a third-party application like Outlook, Mail for Apple, or Mail for Android? Have you refreshed your email inbox since you have logged on to the computer?
user_iod2e3, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. We would be happy to work with you on this. Let us know if you still need assistance.

If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

My Outlook 2007 email stopped working on 9/12/26. Reset my Comcast password and updated Outlook settings. Did not help. Removed the Email Account and redone with STMP, did work and then POP3. No matter will not accept my password. Internet Email Screen pops up for comcast IMAP server wanting username and password. I used different ports as suggested on Xfinity.com support . NO Help. Some Outlook settings I would get error message 1014. Of course no Help on Xfinity email page, all you get if transition to Yahoo. Click on link and and just takes me to me Yahoo account and Nothing from Comcast email! Can someone please help?

Have you transitioned to Yahoo! Mail? If so, there's not a lot we can do to troubleshoot.
If you have transitioned then you would need the Yahoo server settings.
You can find information on Yahoo's mail servers here:
