Typical of most email systems, in Comcast, the more people that mark a sender as spam, the more likely it is to go to the Spam folder. Its how the spam filters get "trained". Within the Comcast email system (Appsuite software), if you put the sender in your address book, that is supposed to prevent it from being seen as spam by the system filters. You should also keep marking it as not-spam whenever it happens. I am assuming you have not yet migrated your email address over to Yahoo.
