user_8uiqkm If a customer can't access their email through the Xfinity web portal, they should first confirm they haven't exceeded the 10GB mailbox limit. Next, they should ensure they are not using an email client that may delete messages from the server. Additionally, they should check for any email filters that might be misfiling or deleting emails.
