Emails are being deleated when auto draft saves.

77 yoa senior just found this Help Section

Going on three weeks now

My Emails that I am typing are being deleated when auto draft saves them after about 5 minutes of typing.

Screen background color goes from white to gray.

I can still see it in gray background.

When I click on the email I get message screen saying that it is not in drafts.

Is there a way to turn off saving drafts.

Any help?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

@EG   Apologies, As I commented 77 yoa Senior just looking for help.

Thought I was posting to a public forum that could help.

Where is here? As I think I am still in Community Forum per the progression line above.

Your comment to post public leads me to believe my post was/is not public?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @AndyJB. I would be happy to assist you from here with any issue with your email service. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
