emails being blocked.

My wife works for a nonprofit and has all her emails sent to both her Comcast and Yahoo emails. None of the emails are anywhere to be seen on comcast but they are arriving on her yahoo account!! This all started after the DATA BREACH AND THE CONSTANT SPAMMING BEGAN!! Seeing i am stuck with comcast until I get quantum fiber hooked up.

@Aceq2jot Hello, terribly sorry to learn about the emails not showing up. We would hate for this to cause you to leave. The emails are not showing in the main Xfinity emial portal or through another app?

They do not come through in outlook 365 or do you appear on the Xfinity web logon when I go into to check. sometimes they will show up hours after it arrives at the yahoo mail addy and other times they never arrive. It is like they are being filtered out before they even get to where we can view them. They don't even end up in Spam.

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.

@Aceq2jot Got it. Could you check all the settings with filters? This link can help: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience. Everything look good on that front?

Already been there and everything looks fine. It all started after the Data Breach sadly. Before that we had no problems.
