Email’s disappeared

This morning all of my emails between 2/17/24 and yesterday disappeared from my inbox from all my devices.  This also occurred a few weeks ago!  I have some very important emails and need to have these recovered as soon as possible. Thank you.

1) Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
2) Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
3) Select Recover Deleted Items.
4) Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
5) Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.

Notes: You will have 30 days to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable.
You can select multiple messages by clicking the first email in your list, holding Shift, and then clicking the last email in your list.

Unfortunately, there is only one email that appears once I put in the dates!  Is there anything else that I can do or does Xfinity have to resolve this issue?  Thank you!

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message

The same thing happened to me last night.  All my inbox emails disappeared without me doing a thing.  They are not in my trash.  They just disappeared.
