emails disappearing. internet constantly disconnects

i am so disgruntled and may opt to go with another provider, after likely 20 years with comcast. today i called, went through the prompts twice and was hung up on  both times. i later tried to do the assistant and just got caught in a painful loop. sick to death of it. here are the two things. my emails keep disappearing. i open them up and bam they are gone.   also, my internet connection is constantly dropping. every day.

user_06fou7 This isn't the experience we wany you to have, and my team can help you here with your email/internet issues today. Is your internet randomly dropping or is it happening around a certain time of day or around the same time?

I'm sorry to hear you're having still having connection issues with your internet and email, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? How often does your Internet connection cut out? Does it happen throughout the day, or just at certain times of the day? Does the Internet reconnect on its own, or do you need to do something to make it reconnect, like unplugging or restarting the modem? Do your emails reappear after the Internet comes back?
