Emails from 12/19/23 - 1/11/24 went missing this morning Jan 12th

Emails from 12/19/23 - 1/11/24 went missing this morning Jan 12th, inbound and outbound.  They suddenly disappeared from my phone and they are missing when I log into xfinity directly.  

I've never had this happen before and I'm not finding a way to actually reach someone for assistance.

@user_s5kjb6 I'm happy to hear your emails have returned. There was an issue a few days ago affecting customers’ ability to send/receive their Xfinity email. That issue has been addressed, and resolved. We do apoligize for any inconvenience.

My entire saved email folder, which contained emails dating back at least a decade, if not longer, is empty. I had "recovered" Trash and Inbox folders when i was finally able to get in today. Logging out and clearing cache and cookies did not help.

The folder is also listed in italics and I can't move any new emails into it.

Are you using the native Xfinity Email web portal to access your e-mails? I am not showing any known issues with our email systems. Are you only missing the saved folder and able to send and receive email with no issue?

I need an important attachment that was sent to my email in January, and my emails only go to February 27th

Hello, user_7qdxjh! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear that you have emails that are missing. Since it has been a few days, did this email ever come back? Is it missing from a 3rd party client like Outlook or Apple mail? Or is it missing from webmail when you log into your account from the xfinity page?
