emails from my company being blocked

I am not receiving emails from my employer, @aleragroup.com. If I send an email from any other email, they do show up in the inbox for my comcast.net inbox. Can you please take a look and let me know what can be done?

Thanks.

Hi,

How do I post publicly?

Just an FYI, although a list of possible causes would be somewhat helpful, the solution specific to this rejection would be most beneficial. Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out,  that's odd that you're not receiving emails from your employer when you're other emails that are going through just fine. Have you checked with your employer to see if they are getting any kind of error message on sending you emails?

This is an ongoing problem lately. Can't send emails through our normal route as Comcast is blocking any emails going through Mimecast and no one is taking ownership of the problem. Would like to hear a resolution on this as it is definitely a widespread problem.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having your emails. Have you tried adjusting your settings in Mimecast or turning minecast off?

To clarify can you not send emails or are you not receiving emails from certain e-mail addresses?
