Good afternoon user_ton350! I am more than happy to assist you with this. I do have a couple questions to help me assist you better. What exactly is the email requesting be updated? Is the email address showing Xfinity or Comcast? Sometimes the email address could look similar, but upon further review a letter may be off or missing, or the email address may say something totally different.
