Emails gone
I suddenly stopped receiving emails to my comcast.net address this week. When I try to log in on the comcast.net site, it gives a weird error message, and says to try again later. Its been 3 days now. I tried getting help from xfinity, but they were not helpful. What is going on?

@user_hlfxm9 Thank you so much for your post for help with accessing your email. We did recently make some updates to our customers online security requirements. You may have been impacted by this update. If so you would be required to do a password reset to regain access to your email and online features. If you go to xfinity.com/password you can start the reset process. Once you gain access you will need to also make sure to add a noncomcast email address and phone number to help with future authentication. Let me know if you still run into issues.
