Emails have disappeared

I just lost a month of emails from 7/16 to present and from 4/4 - 7/9. What is going on. I need these emails that is why they were in my inbox and not deleted.

I am SUPER frustrated. [Edited: "Language"] is going on.

@reeby82273 Thanks for reaching out about your emails. I also have important emails in my inbox as well. Let's work together to fix this! Depending on your deletion schedule I recommend creating a folder and moving those emails there. 

I would like for you to check your deleted folder to see if they're in there. If not, I want you to follow the steps in this link from our help and support page to recover those emails. Let us know if it works!

not helpful. Even the emails that I received today and didn't send to trash are not in my "Trash" folder

With those emails that disappeared from today, 

Do you have email forwarding turned on?

Do you happen to have any pop clients' setup where the messages are going to outlook etc? 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
