Emails in Inbox have deleted

Emails from 10/22 to a few days ago have been deleted. I could actually watch them disappear as I opened my email and the number of emails went down both on my phone and computer. It is the same for the xfinity email platform as it is on Outlook.  Please help recover them.

user_Rav4 That certainly isn't what we like to hear happen for a customer. I would be happy to work with you to get the ones lost back. Can you start by completing these steps:
  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder.
  3. Select Recover Deleted Items.
  4. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items.
  5. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move.

Let me know if this works on getting them back.
