Emails not uploading

Comcast emails no longer working. Content on all emails quit too. Cannot get past virtual assistant and it is of no help. Anyone else having issues. I have removed and reloaded app. Turned off and on vpn. Along with several other things nothing helps. Can see emails in Xfinity app but can’t open them either. So frustrated with Xfinity/comcast!

Are you able to access your emails from a web browser by going to https://xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net/, or does it do the same thing as your Xfinity app, where you can see them but not open them?

That is the only way to get email. So tired of lack of help for any problems with Xfinity. They charge so much and then can’t provide help. It would be nice to not have to deal with a virtual assistant that doesn’t offer enough choices to actually get help or have a live person choice or one to just be able to help. Worthless!
