emails on iphone / ipad/ outlook

last week, my emails via comcast mails have disappeared from my iPhone, iPad, and outlook mail. I've reloaded the  mail programs from iPhone and iPad to no avail.  I've changed my password several times to no avail. I can get Comcast mail though infinity but not on my devices. What is going on and how do I fix it?

Hello @jqh, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your email on third-party clients. I know how important it is to have your email working smoothly. When you try adding your Comcast email to the mail client, do you see an error message?

I spent 2 hours with Apple and we resolved it. Neither one of us knows how, it just suddenly righted itself.  I had called Comcast Tech Support and was blown off. He said that if Apple or Microsoft outlook have a problem connecting to Comcast, it is their problem - not Comcast's! Interesting philosophy!
