Emails Spontaneously Deleted?
I have a Comcast email address associated with a no longer active account owned by my parents, who've since switched ISPs a year or two ago. I was informed at the time that I would be able to keep using this legacy account. I've been able to use it just fine until about 30 minutes ago, when I signed on and discovered that every email received since October 19th has been deleted. I don't know what caused this. Can this be undone? The email account is still able to receive messages, so my best guess is that some IMAP sync hiccuped somewhere, or perhaps I did a truly improbable fat-finger on one of my devices.

To be clear, the Deleted Messages folder in both the web application and my iOS Mail devices was empty.

Every email in my inbox, trash, sent, and all my folders just disappeared before my eyes since December 4. NOTHING is anywhere. Not in folders where several were moved. Not in trash, not in sent. I use this email account for my business and these are critical emails. HELP PLEASE!!! Thank you, Valorie
