Emails to Xfinity address bouncing back to sender

If this sounds familiar . . . one long-time email sender is reporting undeliverable messages from the postmaster on her emails to my Xfinity address.  We have both checked our settings.  Her address is not blocked.  My email inbox is never full.  Sender's emails never contain memes or embedded photos or attachments -- she sends only short text messages.  My guess is the problem is at the Xfinity end. What's the best, most effective way to find out?

@user_eil36t I appreciate you keeping me posted. Are you able to send Emails to her? Do you know of any other Email addresses that are having trouble sending you Emails?

She does receive my emails.  No other emails to me are bouncing back to senders.

@user_eil36t I got an escalation about this today.  It looks like one of their IPs was blocked for sending spam.  It's been unblocked.  I believe we're waiting for verification it's working again.  Thanks
