emails will not delete to trash or other folders

emails will not delete to trash or other folders. Sometimes they will, most of the time they won't and sometimes they reappear in my inbox. I'm not using an third party application, instead the online xfinity email application.

user_7lepxo Thanks for reaching out! You may want to try clearing your cache, and cookies on your internet browser, then log back into the Xfinity Email portal to see if your emails will delete.

Yes, I did try Edge but I WILL NOT USE IT and I won't use Chrome either. Both are too [Edited: Language] difficult to use.

user_7lepxo Are you moving items to trash on different devices? Or are you only using one device when you check your email and move items to trash or delete them?
