Emails won’t send
I cannot send emails but I can send them. My phone stated that xfinity is inactive which they just had me change my password at the beginning of July. For the past more than a month I cannot send emails and when I try to update my password, it will not take it. Help!

Are you using an email client for accessing, sending and receiving for email? If so, which email client are you using?
If you sign in to Xfinity.com, are you able to send and receive email through the website?
