Esquisse me if I'm wrong! My mailbox is practically empty, but the response I get is I have to empty my trash bin also in order to reconcile my problem with the mailbox overfull. What is the next step?

Hello, @user_bjetca you can empty your junk folder and set email filters to see if that corrects your issue. If you continue to experience an issue please respond with the details of your problem.
