Both my Comcast email account are saying they cannot receive mail. Help

since April 19, I have not been receiving email on my laptop or ipad.  On the ipad the message is:  ERROR the provided login data to access mail server imap.comcast.net seem to be wrong. Please correct them.  I have NOT TOUCHED anything.  Please fix.

I still have the same issues. I could always see my primary email and the two secondary emails on outlook and iOS devices. I never touched any settings and when I checked, they are set up correctly as:

IMAP

imap.comcast.net

SSL/TLS

What could be the problem?

serenefifty Have you checked to ensure third-party email access is on in the Xfinity Connect portal? Turn your access to third-party email programs on or off in Xfinity Email

Yes I am still having issues. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 45 min only to be told they couldn’t help me and they would transfer me to someone who could. They transferred me where I was told my wait would be another half hour. Needless to say in still not able to get email

I gave up and moved all the accounts on the missing email-box to other addresses. Go to Google. Better "junk control".  In the old days stores had a staffed complaint window. Now - well  that answer is obvious.
