Error 1014

Same issue as described in this post: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/thunderbird-error-1014/649c6368ce76231eba55ab3c It would appear that Xfinity's settings page is broken, and I need someone to manually update the DB to allow third party access for me.
