I cannot get email through Outlook. Just stopped working.

Hello, user_zq63ym thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post, I know how important it is to have access to your email communications. I don't see that specific error on this list: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-errors. 

 

I do want to ensure your not fully unable to use: Are you still able to get into your email through the website? 

- Have you checked your 3rd party client settings/password to ensure they are set up correctly: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/internet/answered-how-to-set-up-your-comcast-email-address-with-an-email-program/602dacc0c5375f08cdac18c8

 

- Is your 3rd party access still turned on?

I have tried everything that i am capable of doing with my Outlook.....to no avail

what should i do about error code 0X800CCC1A  ????
