Error sending from Google Workspace to Comcast.net accounts

Hello-

We are having problems sending from our edgartownlibrary.org Google Workspace accounts to @comcast.net email addresses and are getting this error message:

The response from the remote server was:

451 4.2.0 Throttled -https://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#RL000010

I saw a similar post from a couple of years ago that was solved internally by XfinityAlex but not sure what the current solution is for this issue.

@adarack-edg See if that's better now.  From our logs, it seems to have trailed off.

I just had the same user send an email to the same email address they were having issues with and the recipient rec'd the email without any issues.  Thank you!
