ESMTP server not available

For the past two weeks I have been unable to send email from any of my Comcast accounts using a third party app ( we use 2 different ones on our iPhones). All settings are correct. Both my wife and I are having this same problem. Please help. 

My log files display the following error when trying to send emails:

UserInfo={MCOSMTPResponseCodeKey=554, MCOSMTPResponseKey=resomta-a2p-647345.sys.comcast.netresomta-a2p-647345.sys.comcast.net ESMTP server not available

We have had no issues with the website. This was only through third party apps. Magically, within 24 hrs of posting, the problem disappeared and we currently have no issues with sending email through third party apps

Definitely a little strange, but all-in-all I'm glad to hear that the services you use are working for you again 👍

As a general tip for the future whenever you're having issues specifically with your third-party email clients, try to remove or delete your Comcast email credentials entirely and add them back after. This can often solve a lot of small issues with those services that can get them working normally again.
