EX: Comcast customer - Cannot reset secondary email password

When I had my services in California, before i moved out of footprint, i had 2 accounts with Comcast.net email. The first one i have been using for 6 years now with no problems and the same with the second one until recently when it says i need to reset my password to continue. Unfortunately, it wont let me do that without accessing the primary. When I log into Xfinity.com to go to the "Account and Identity" page it goes to 3 dots, and flashes an error that quickly says an error occurred with a refresh button. This is beyond frustrating, and its a circular issue because i cannot contact Xfinity support as a non-customer. I've tried other devices, browsers, etc to no avail.

I'd be happy to help you get this squared away today. Can you please share what kind of device you are trying to access your email from? Also, do you have a personal email address set up as a back up email address that is not linked to your "primary" Comcast email address for your secondary email address?
