Finding my comcast email account

Recently the way I have always gotten into my Comcast email account has disappeared. Now I have to hunt for it. I have tried the connect/xfinity.com method but it comes up with more attached to it including a spam thing.

How can I access my email with out all the searching around. It is Comcast but as I understand it they fall under xfinity. Help please!

When you can't find a link to the Comcast.net email site on a Comcast/Xfinity page, use https://connect.xfinity.com/. If you are logged in, that link will load their web email page directly. If you are not logged in, you'll be prompted to do so, and then you'll be taken to the email page. 

You can save yourself some aggravation by adding a bookmark or favorite to that link and using it to reach the web email page.

If that's not your problem, what is? Describing problems in an much detail as possible (without including any personal information!) improves the odds of getting a prompt and helpful answer.

@user_x5hatg Your email address can be access from the connect portal. You would need to input your Xfinity ID and password to access the your inbox. There would be no searching and I am not sure what you're referring to when you mention a spam thing. You may have navigated to the wrong web address if you're having to search for your email address and are met with spam. We always run ads near our sign-in pages but those will not affect the way you log in. Merely provide promotions and updates from our side. @BruceW provided some good insight as well. Let us know if you're needing additional assistance accessing your email inbox.

I havw been a customer of Exfinity for 17 years and have been satisfied with the service until this past week. First, I got a new phone from the local Exfinity store. I wasn't told that I needed a special charger for it. Second trip to the store to purchase the charger. Now the phone was charged and I thought I was ready to use it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case as I kept getting adds popping up. Definitely not how I wanted to use the phone. Back to the store where I was told that the store was just a store and did not provide any services and that I needed to go to a place that could solve my problem and make the phone useable. I went to see the GEEKS at Best Buy and had to purchase a service plan in order to fix the issue. Things were finally fixed. Seems weird that Exfinity does not guarantee on the products they sell. Think twice about using them.
