folders won't come down

Had to go to Yahoo. I had about 50 folders that I made. None will come down. They are on Yahoo & I can get them with the Yahoo app but neither Outlook or BlueMail will download them. I set thus up about 4 days ago.

Also Yahoo would not accept my Comcast address even after I changed the imap & smtp settings. I had to generate an app password thru Yahoo to get anything. 

I have a second Comcast account & it works perfectly.

As you have moved to Yahoo, we can no longer help with your email problems.  You'll need to get in touch with Yahoo.

Apparently I never clicked the box that allowed outside 3rd party apps. Now I can't get to that. Suggestions?

user_hlr2nq Good morning! You may have to reach out to Yahoo for assistance. I'd start by signing in, once you ahve signed in, then go to External Connections, and the App passwords. You'll need to create app password. Once that is all set up; depending on which app you are using,you will need to set up your port servers.
