getting blocked from accessing comcast

Getting blocked from accessing xfinity.com on Chrome and now it is happening on Edge.  The Xfinity issue has happened day and and day out.

Had several issues with petsmart.com too.

I own my own router and modem.  I rebooted both however have already done this path many times before.  I find it interesting that this started about the same time I had to contact ATG in Washington State over some biling issues going on.

I definitely want to ensure you are able to access the website as it is my favorite way to manage my account. Are you only having issues accessing the website on a specific device or all devices?

@sterlinghawk16 Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message: 

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon 
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

No what helped was clearing up the snafu on the 24 subnet that was blocked on comcast server.
