Having difficulty receiving email from specific address
I am having issues receiving emails from a specific address that is used for a mailing list. The address itself is in my address book and the emails are not showing up in my spam or junk folders either, just not at all. I am wondering if something is happening on the back-end that needs to be adjusted.

Turns out issue was occurring on sender’s end. Took a bit for them to find it. A setting was turned off that wasn’t supposed to be. All set.
