Help changing my password

I keep trying to change my password and I go through a bunch of steps, but then xfinity displays a page that says "Hmm, the page didn't load correctly" and then "Try refreshing the page, if the problem persists, try again later."  Well I tried later, same results.  That was last night.  I thoight may "later" means the next day, so here I am the next day getting the same.  Why won't comcast/xfinity let me change my email password??

I found out the whole thing is hopeless and basically I can never change my password.  I actually went to the local comcast/xfinity store and told them about the problem.  First they told me that they could not do anything for me because comcast/xfinity has sold the email to yahoo and comcast/xfinity is not going to have anything more to do with the email.  They gave me a card of someplace in Philadelphia and told me to call that number.  I called right there in the comcast/xfinity store.  I got somebody who fooled around with me for about a half hour and then told me she could not help me, and that comcast people had to do something. I told her to tell the comcast guy what he was supposed to do and handed my phone to the comcast guy.  Philadelphia lady and him talked. Then comcast guy took me furthur into their store front and him and a woman clicked around a lot asked for IDs, account numbers, etc. etc. then got into a long thing about how me and my husband should buy a new comcast package and do our phones through them, etc etc, etc.  In the end, they said I was all fixed now.  I went home and found out that was a lie.  I do get a different screen now when I try to change my password.  This screen tells me something along the lines of  "I am not authenticated" or some other gobbldeegook, and wants other email addresses and mobil phone numbers and who knows what else. So basically, the true answer is:  xifinity will lie to you and you can never change your password. Thanks for your effort though.

I didn't lie to you.  I gave you the link to change your password, but you never responded if that was where you were having problems changing your password.  I'm sorry that other employees, which I am not, lied to you.  That shouldn't happen.  I hope you sent that DM as @XfinityMarcus requested.
