help - Comcast deleted my email names and files. Cannot use EMAIL
Have used my EMAIL [Edited: "Personal Information"] for many years. Now for some reason unknown to me I cannot use my EMAIL. Comcast has deleted all of my Email names. I cannot do anything as far as changing passwords, sending docs, etc. I NEED HELP. CAN not use your Xfinity Assistant, it's useless. Have you been using a third party email app like Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.? When was the last time you logged in to webmail before this problem started?

Hello user_g1x8pl , sorry to hear about the email not working anymore. We can certainly help figure this out for you. For this email are you normally logging in directly through the Xfinity Site or do you access it through a 3rd party platform?
