Help for email-only customer

Hi, I am an email-only customer and cannot access customer service or chat. I am having trouble access my email since the opening screen changed to a large telephone service ad.

Clear your cache and cookies.

Are you sure, as well, this isn't the invitation to move your account to Yahoo! Mail?

Hello @ljaskot2, I am sorry for the trouble you’re having with your email. It sounds like a marketing splash page is blocking your access. Instead of going through the main Xfinity home page (which often displays ads for new services), go directly to the dedicated email portal at connect.xfinity.com. This link is designed to take you straight to your inbox once you sign in. 

@Again also mentioned something to also look out for, Xfinity is gradually transitioning comcast.net email accounts to a new experience powered by Yahoo Mail. Keep an eye on your inbox for an official invitation to upgrade.
