help logging into my email account

I can’t login to my email account. I have changed my password but it doesn’t work.

Hello @user_dn8i33, thank you for posting on our Xfinity Forum community! We hate to hear that you are not able to access your email account! It has happened to all of us, in which when changing your password, the new password doesn't match what we thought it was! That can be discouraging! But, we are here to help! 

To find your Xfinity email password, you need to use your Xfinity account password, as it is the same for your email. If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by following the instructions provided on our Xfinity password reset page. Once your password is reset, you can access your comcast.net email at xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net. Make sure to keep your preferred email address updated to receive notifications regarding your account status.
