Help with Comcast email

I have a Comcast email from when I lived in massachusetts. I now live in North Carolina in an area where Xfinity is not available. I've been using my Comcast email and it works perfectly on my computer but on my phone it keeps asking me to log in. I've changed my password and when I use it it tells me it doesn't match. Is there any way to chat with somebody about how I can get this working again?

How long ago was your last login? Have you received any notifications about your username being suspended or inactive?

Thank you for your reply. I have received emails from Xfinity but the email address never looks legit so I have blocked them. I just tried logging it again on my phone and it worked perfectly accepting the same password it rejected repeatedly an hour ago. I log into my email multiple times a day on my phone and my computer, is there any way to avoid this consistent request for login from Xfinity on my phone?

Is this a request from the Xfinity App that you keep seeing, or from the website? Blocking the emails may be promoting the security request to the phone number as well.
