help with email on iphone

my subfolders aren't showing up on my iPhone.

they were then my phone started to say email password was wrong so i deleted it on my iPhone and when i reinstalled it the subfolders are gone.

they are there when i check on a computer.

Yes I am.

it worked before but since I deleted my email and reinstalled my email and password subfolders are gone.

if I go through the Internet and not the app on my iPhone yes, all the sub folders are there
