No error message. I may have changed a setting on iPhone that now I don’t remember because the links in the emails were working the other day. They links work when I open email directly from the Xfinity app but that is not my preferred way to read email. Also, the links still work on my IPad, which is why I think it is a setting on my iPhone that is blocking the function. Any ideas on what to check or change on my phone? I have already restarted my phone and closed and reopened the Xfinity mail from Safari
That seems very odd it is only isolated to one device that you're having difficulties accessing links through the phone's email app. Due to the specific nature of this issue we would advise reaching out to Apple device support for assistance. They are experts on those device's settings whereas we would just be making educational guesses based on personal experience. I would recommend comparing the settings between the iPhone and iPad to see if there are any discrepancies that stand out to you.
