help with why I am repeatedly not receiving group emails sent by organizations

I have used comcast.net for 30? years now.  For the last several months I am not getting deliveries of some very important information. I have repeatedly asked the groups to try again and it fails to reach my inbox each time.  One is a county organization that includes maybe 30 people. Another is paperwork coming from a doctor's office- it may be a third party mailing. Why would these be blocked? How do we fix it? (I do have a large amount of saved emails and ones that should be purged but it is a huge undertaking at this point.)

Hello user_wjsck7 , sorry to hear some of your emails are not coming through. We would be happy to try and figure this out for you. Are you currently receiving all your other emails? Just not the group ones. Are you using a 3rd party service to access the email account or are you going directly through our platform?

I am accessing directly through your platform, and the issue is continuing today as a doctor is requesting I use the Simple Practice app for a virtual appointment. I downloaded and opened the app and am not receiving the verification link being sent to my email.

Likewise with important emails coming from some businesses and  county government.  Idk what else i may be missing but it's worrisome and frustrating.

Thank you for clarifying, I see you mentioned you have a lot of saved emails. Your Xfinity e-mail does have some storage limits https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xconn-email-storage-limit so it's highly possible you reach your storage limit which could have an effect on you receiving emails. I recommend going through your storage and clearing up some of  the space,  now if the storage is not the issue do you know of any error codes or error messages that the participants are getting or receiving when trying to send you emails?
