Home router blacklisted

Trying to access my email from Outlook and I keep getting the message that my IP address has been temporarily blacklisted.  How do I get this removed.

Can you please provide your IP address where you are experiencing this so we can take a look?  You can use the IP provided by whatismyip.com   Thanks

@user_pex5z9 this is a known issue that we are aware of and working on a resolution. In the meantime are you able to access your Comcast email via our website?

The employee should have asked you to send that private info via a direct / private message to Xfinity Support instead of here on these public forums.
