How and when will I receive notice to move my email account to Yahoo?

Read notice that xfinity is transferring email, if so desired, accounts to the Yahoo email platform. the notice said you would be notified by October, but does not say how you will be notified when to move your email account. since it's mid September and I have not been able to find out how you will be notified. It also states you only have a limited time to do so.

I haven't seen October.  This page says "through 2026"

Can you choose to get the notice via email...I am worried that I may have deleted the message?

user_mxwjti, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I was wondering the same thing about the the email migration. You've reached the right place for help. We are a team of experts who specialize in resolving email concerns over social media. We can help. As @strega7 awesomely mentioned, the transition will happen in phases through 2026. You will receive a notification from us via email or within the Xfinity APP when your account is ready for the move which will include a link to the terms. If you have not received an email or notification in the Xfinity APP that would mean that you have not been sent the terms. How does this sound?

I received the initial heads up email on July 29, 2025. About 60 days later, the screen below opened when logging into my email.
