I have three sub-accounts with Comcast email accounts. Two of them have the same name. How can I change the name on one?

You probably can't at this point.  First, there's no way to change an email address on a sub-account because Comcast stopped issuing new email addresses in June 2024.

As for the names are you saying you have SA (A) John Doe xxx@comcast.net  and SA John Doe bxx@comcast.net?

You can change some details on your secondary profiles by logging in to your primary profile, but as @Again pointed out, you will not be able to change any part of their Comcast email address, unfortunately. Email addresses can always be replaced with different email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.), as long as the replacement address can be verified.
