How are you accessing the email? Are you using only the webmail interface and a browser? Or on a phone or tablet mail app? A desktop client like Thunderbird or Outlook? Do you mean emails you are composing, or incoming emails from other senders?
Thank you for confirming that @user_iqvhsa. May I ask if you have tried accessing your email on an alternate device? If so, do you have the same issue with the font? May I also ask if you are using a 3rd party server such Outlook?

Somewhere along the line you are probably changing the font size on other pages that you visit on the internet, so when you get to email you're experiencing this problem.

I reset my password and it changed the font on my email so that I cannot read it. how do i change it back. only occurs on comcast mail
Try using ctrl and the + key to enlarge what you're seeing.
