  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

user_dyf34l Always happy to help with Xfinity email issues. @Again  is correct. To better help, I do need a little more information. Is this your Xfinity email you are having issues with? If so, how are you trying to access your email? Are you receiving any error messages or code?
