To create a new email address you have to create a new user ID. You can create a total of 7 userID's for each Comcast account number. The simplest way to do that is by following the instructions on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/adding-new-user-names-or-email-addresses for setting up a Viewer user account.

Note that you need to log in with the Primary UserID to create a new user/email address.

The UserID you create is also the first half of an @Comcast.net email address, so after creating the new ID log in with it and then visit https://connect.xfinity.com/ to activate it.

I am so aggravated. I have been trying to create another email address for ME... I am primary, not add people to my account...!!!

Comcast has changed everything and made it impossible to add another email account.

I am sorry you are feeling this way, kougs. You can still have your Primary User ID and create a 2nd ID for yourself which also creates the email address. You can choose the role and permissions that User ID has on the account. A Viewer User ID would have the least permissions and a Manager would have the most, aside from your Primary User ID.
