This response does not appear to answer the question. For me, the two-step verification process sends the message to my wife's phone. The systems will not let me change the phone number on my primary email, saying that the number is already used. I do not know what email name is using my phone number. I would like to shut down whatever email is hogging my phone number. How do I find the name?
