How do I manage my multiple/secondary Comcast email accounts?
I used to be able to see my secondary Comcast.net accounts from my main account but now I can't see them (just my own account).
One of my secondary Comcast.net account passwords need to be reset but before I try to reset it I want to check the account information (e.g. contact information - email/phone number) or if I can set it from the managing account.

If you can't see the account from your main account you will need to call Customer Security Assurance.

Are you using the web portal or the Xfinity app? You should be able to view your secondary profiles under the "Account and Identity" page either way, they are just located in different areas depending on which system you use.
