Since change over nothing works

Logging in to https://connect.xfinity.com is usually a good starting point. If that doesn't work, please post back with a more complete description of the problem you are having. What happens when you try to access email?

If you migrated to Yahoo! Mail  you go there to log in with your comcast.net credentials.

https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com

Hello, @user_593572 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand the importance of having access to your email communication after the change, and wanted to check in to see if you're still experiencing issues. I see our awesome Forum expert @Again and problem solver @BruceW had provided some helpful links for logging into Yahoo email (if migrated) and the Xfinity email.
