My concern is there is always a problem with you asking for another email address and I am not receiving all of my email. I am trying to get to my email for a Zoom meeting and will be late because you are asking for information all the time about your service that you know is terrible! Fix the problem, stop asking for paying customers who pay $300. a month. I should be able to sign in directly to my email. This is a total turn off! Why you are losing customers but constantly raising your prices.
